Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish made with meat (usually thinly sliced beef) or tofu in its vegetarian version. It is simmered at the table with vegetables and other ingredients in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and mirin.
Before eating, the ingredients are dipped into a small bowl of beaten raw egg. Sukiyaki is usually served as a one-pot meal on the coldest days of the year.

Sukiyaki has two Japanese restaurants in Fuengirola, both on Paseo Marítimo Rey de España: our original location, open since 2017 at number 9, and our Los Boliches restaurant at number 76. Both offer an à la carte sushi buffet, freshly prepared Japanese cuisine and table service.
